Ingredients:

☆. 1 cup almonds
☆. 1 cup pecans
☆. ½ cup pumpkin seeds
☆. ½ cup sunflower seeds
☆. 3 Tbsp coconut oil
☆. 1 tsp vanilla
☆. 1 tsp cinnamon
☆. 2 Tbsp Jarrah honey
☆. ¼ cup bee pollen
☆. ¼ cup chia seeds

Makes 7 serves

  1. Add the almonds to a food processor, and pulse until chopped. Add pecans, and repeat. Finally, add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, and pulse. Place in a medium size bowl.
  2. Melt coconut oil. Stir vanilla, cinnamon and Jarrah into the oil, until well combined.
  3. Pour the coconut oil mixture over the nut and seed mix, and mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Spoon the granola mix over a dehydrator rack. Dehydrate on low/medium for at least one hour.
  5. Put granola mix, bee pollen and chia seeds into a bowl, and mix well. Store in an air-tight container in a cool cupboard.
  6. To serve, take ½ cup granola, and serve with hot or cold milk of choice. You can also mix it into some natural Greek yoghurt. A perfect way to start the day!

Note: It’s not advised to dehydrate using an oven, as these temperatures can damage the delicate nutrients in the honey.
