Tantalise the tastebuds and awaken senses at the Soul Kitchen Cooking Stage! From RAW-some treats and plant-based diets to super foods and sugar, gluten and dairy-free delights - you're sure to find tasty and healthy inspiration at the Soul Kitchen.

Sessions are FREE to attend, seats are allocated on a “first in” basis and cannot be pre-allocated or booked. It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before each session starts to avoid disappointment.

Over 16 years experience in health and fitness have taught Diana the essential role of food in the health and fitness balance. Food coaching has allowed her to combine her passions for food, fitness, teaching and helping people realise goals they may never have imagined for themselves. She is a food and fitness coach AND director at Body be Well.
