Terms and Conditions
Thank you warmly for your interest in the MBS Psychic Reading ZOOM Room. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
 
PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION. You will need to complete the below steps to ensure you are prepared for your session.
  1. Download Zoom to your preferred internet device ahead of time, you can even do it now. For desktops/laptops/Macs, go to www.zoom.us/download & click on the “Zoom Client for Meetings” option. For iPhones/Android phones, go to your mobile app store, & download the “Zoom Cloud Meetings” app. You only need to set your account up once. (TIP: have a backup device as well)
  2. If this is your first time using Zoom, we strongly suggest you have some practice logging on, & watch our FAQ video on our YouTube channel.
  3. Watch out for the Zoom meeting link in an email a few days before your session time.
  4. Have a couple of specific areas/questions that you would like to focus on.
  5. Arrive 10-15 mins before your appointment start time so we can make sure you are with your reader at the allocated session time.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS. Your booking signifies your acceptance of the below policy on cancellations, refunds and transfers.
If you need to cancel your booking please contact [email protected] no less than 24 HOURS before your reading. Please see our cancellation & refunds policy below:
  1. Paid sessions are refundable for 1 day (24 hours) after payment. This means you will receive a full refund, less any bank/booking fees.
  2. Paid sessions are transferrable until the time of your confirmed session. This means you can change the person getting the reading, in case you can't make it.
  3. No refunds will be offered for cancellations which occur later than 24 hours before the session start time listed above. Our community of psychics have set aside time for your appointment. If we are able to rebook your session time, we will be in touch with you after the event to offer a refund. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations that occur this late, so PLEASE be sure to cancel in advance if you won't be able to make it.
RUNNING LATE.
Please arrive in the Zoom room 10-15 minutes before your session time & if the reader is ready to start the session, your reading can start early. If you are late for your session, unfortunately any lost time cannot be added to your session in consideration to other people arriving for the next session.
