4 daily practices to change your life

1) Start everyday by saying, “Universe, show me something beautiful today” and “If I were truly creating my life today, what would I choose right away?”

2) Ask, “How does it get any better than this?” whenever something good happens and whenever something bad happens. You will change the trajectory of your life to greater.

3) Recognise that you can either have judgement or happiness. If we could stop our judgements, we could have a totally different world.

4) Ask, “Who does this belong to?” for three days for every thought, feeling and emotion you have. You will become a walking, talking meditation. 98% of the thoughts, feelings and emotions in your head are not even yours. This tool allows you to know that, and to create more space in your world.
