Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) is an exercise/meditation practice that brings about serenity and a deeper level of awareness, whilst also greatly benefiting your physical well-being. The practice involves four gentle standing meditative exercises and sitting meditation. Additionally, Falun Gong emphasises self-improvement by upholding the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance/Tolerance.
