Hear the latest about organic produce or lose weight through creating a healthy attitude.

Take your choice of one hour Seminar sessions, or snap up handy tips over a 30 minute session in the Speaker
's Café.

Seats are allocated on a "first in" basis and cannot be pre-booked. It is recommended you arrive 10 minutes before each session starts to avoid disappointment. Entry to the seminars is only for visitors who have paid an admission fee into the Festival.
