Step 2: Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Badges may only be supplied to persons employed by you, to specifically work on your stand. Exhibitor Badges are non-transferrable. No Staff member/s will be admitted to the Expo without an Exhibitor Badge.

Exhibitor badges will be available to collect from the Show Office during move in.

Exhibitor badges WILL NOT BE ISSUED if there are outstanding monies to be paid to exhibitions and events australia. This includes stand payments and public liability insurance.

Any new badges issued on-site will incur an $8 charge

Step 3: Fascia Signage Confirmation

This is the name that will be displayed on your stand

Please select one of the following options relating to your stand fascia.

Yes, we require standard fascia signs which are included in our exhibition stand package.

The stand name to appear on the fascia sign is (maximum 30 characters)

We require a QUOTE for a customised fascia sign

No, we do not require fascia signs, we wish to remove our fascia board.

We wish to remove our front runner, but have the fascia name board supplied and attached to the back wall.

I understand that by removing my fascia board, my frame is removed and I will lose my stand track spotlight allocation included in the stand package. To replace the spotlight allocation you will receive a spotlight on an arm which clamps to the back wall of the stand. Any extra lighting requirements can be ordered using the "ExpoNet - Power & Lighting Order Form" located under Venue Forms"

Fascias will be printed in blue, red, yellow and green. Exhibitors CANNOT request a colour as they are predetermined, and will depend on your stand location.

PLEASE NOTE: If we do not receive your fascia information, it will default to the company name displayed on your contract. Any changes required after the fascia sign has been produced will be at a cost of $120.00 per sign plus GST (this includes the late fee)

Step 4: Move In Schedule

Agility has been appointed the official contractor for transportation and materials handling for the MindBodySpirit Festival. Our commitment is to ensure that the move in is as smooth as possible, and therefore it is IMPORTANT that you pre-arrange your access time with us.

Exhibitors can allocate a loading dock time of 12:00pm – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 4:00pm / 4.00pm – 6:00pm / 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Any exhibitors not wearing safety vests or closed toe shoes will be turned away from the loading dock. If you choose to come to the loading dock between 12pm – 3pm you need to expect lengthy delays. We recommend, where possible, to carry goods from the car park to minimise congestion on loading dock.
